How To Add Feedback About A Bidder

You must be the seller to add feedback about a bidder in your auction.

1. Go to the Show Auction page that has the details about the auction item.

2. Click on Bid History.

3. Click on the link with the bidder's User Name..

4. On the Auction Feedback page, click on the "Add Feedback" link with the bidder's User Name.

5. On the next auction feedback page, enter the Auction ID#, rate your comments about the bidder, and add any written comments about the bidder (90 character maximum).

6. Click the "Submit" button.

7. To view your comments about the bidder, go back to the Show Auction page, click on "Bid History", click on the bidder's name under User Bids, and scroll down.

How To Add Feedback About A Seller

You must be a buyer in a particular auction to add feedback about a seller.

1. Go to the Show Auction page that has the details about the Auction Item or go to My Auction, click on "Buyers Tools", click on "Items With My Bid", the proceed to step #2.

2. Click on the link with the seller's User Name.

3. On the Auction Feedback page, click on the "Add Feedback" link with the seller's User Name.

4. On the next auction feedback page, enter the Auction ID#, rate your comments about the seller, and add any written comments about the seller (90 character maximum).

5. Click the "Submit" button.

6. To view your comments about the seller, return to the Show Auction page, click on the seller's name, and scroll down to your comment.
