How do I check a bidder's email address? Or contact a bidder?
A bidder's email address can be found on the Auction Feedback page.
1. Go to the auction item page.
2. Click on Bid History link.
3. On the Bid History page, click on a bidder's user name link.

How do I check a bidder's feedback rating?
A bidder's feedback rating can be found on the Auction Feedback page.

How do I check a seller's feedback rating?

How do I add a picture to my listing?
To add a picture to your listing you need to use the HTML Tag <IMG>

For JPEG IMAGE:  
<IMG SRC="http://www.yourdomainname.com/images/yourpicture.jpg">

For GIF IMAGE: 
<IMG SRC="http://www.yourdomainname.com/images/yourpicture.gif">  

How do I get the URL of my picture?

Internet Explorer Browser:
1. Right click with your mouse on the image.
You can cut and paste the URL address from there.

Netscape Browser:
1. Right click with your mouse on the image.
2. Select "Copy Image Location" option.
You can then paste the URL address from there.


When The Auction Closes

If there is a winning bidder:
The seller is obligated to contact the winner. The seller needs to contact the winner within three(3) business days in order to confirm payment options, shipping address, and shipping options.Winning bidders should also contact the seller, especially if they have not heard from the seller within three(3) business days. The winning bidder(s) pays the seller directly for the item ,and it is the responsibility of the seller to fulfill the transaction when payment terms are met. The binding contract of the auction is between the winning bidder and the seller.
For details on how to contact the winner, refer to "How do I contact the winning bidder". If you cannot contact the winner, refer to "What if a bidder backs out".

If your item was not sold:
If there were no bidders, or if your reserve price was not met, you can relist your item for another auction. For details, please refer to "Can I relist an item?".

If seller end auction early:
If you decided to end your auction early, you are obligated to sell your item to the highest bidder and the reserve price does not apply.


What if I can't reach the winning bidder?
The winning bidder may not be able to respond to you right away for legitimate reasons. Check the bidder's feedback rating to see what other users have said about their experience. If the bidder's feedback are mostly positive with little or no mention of problems, be patient. The bidder may have emergencies or computer problems.

If a you get no responses through email, you can requests the bidder's phone number. If after several email and phone call you are still unable to contact the bidder, you can leave a feedback to alert other users about your experience.

What if the seller won't sell to me?
If the auction has a reserve price and the reserve price is not met, the seller is not obligated to sell the item to you.

If  the auction does not have a reserve price or a seller exclusions (for example: seller states they won't sell to bidders with negative feedback), the seller is obligated to sell to you. Advised the seller of Salon Channel's

What if I a bidder backs out?
We discourage winning bidders from failing to complete transactions.Bidders should be aware that placing bids and failing to complete the resulting transaction could face the following consequences:

First  and Second Offense: Warning
Third Offense: Warning and 30 day suspension
Fourth Offense: Indefinite suspension

Seller's with a non-paying bidder should follow this process:

1. Contact each other within after your auction has ended, generally within 3 business days.
2. Complete a Non-Paying Bidder form within 7 to 45 days after your auction's close.
3. Contact the bidder to work things out in the next 10 days.
4. Add the appropriate feedback rating about the bidder.
5. If you work thing out with the bidder, go to the Auction Feedback page to remove the warning for the bidder.
