If you decided to end your auction early,
you are obligated to sell your item to the highest bidder and the reserve price does not apply.
What if I can't reach the winning
bidder?
The winning bidder may not be able to respond to you

see what other users have said about their experience. If the bidder's
feedback are mostly positive with little or no mention of problems, be
patient. The bidder may have emergencies or computer
problems.

me?
If the auction has a reserve price and the reserve price
is not met, the seller is not obligated to sell the item to
you.
If the auction does not have a reserve price or a seller
exclusions (for example: seller states they won't sell to bidders with

What if I a bidder backs
out?
We discourage winning bidders from failing to complete
transactions.Bidders should be aware that placing bids and failing to
complete the resulting transaction could face the following
consequences:
First and Second Offense: Warning
Third
Offense: Warning and 30 day suspension
Fourth Offense: Indefinite
suspension
Seller's with a non-paying bidder should follow this
process:
1. Contact each other within after your auction
has ended, generally within 3 business days.
2. Complete a Non-Paying
Bidder form within 7 to 45 days after your auction's close.
3. Contact
the bidder to work things out in the next 10 days.
4. Add the
appropriate feedback rating about the bidder.
5. If you work thing out
with the bidder, go to the Auction Feedback page to remove the warning for the
bidder.
