Bidding in Auction (Buying)
To browse the auctions is FREE and fun.
Bidding in the auction is simple. Here are the steps:

The first step is to register, if you haven't done so
already.

You must also sign
in prior to placing any bid.

Find the item you
would like own. Decide on the amount you want to bid. Next, enter your
bid amount. Your bid must be equal to or more than the minimum bid
required. Then click on "Place My Bid Now !" button of each auction item
page. You can review your bid before it's final.

Once you receive
your confirmation page, double-check this page. Please make note
of the item's auction identification (Id) number. This information
will be helpful if you want to track the progress of the auction. After
confirming that your bid is the right amount that you wanted to place,
click the "Submit" button.

If any other Salon
Channel user places a bid higher than yours, Salon Channel will
notify you (via e-mail) that you are no longer the high bidder. The
e-mail notice will provide you a link to the auction item's page where
you can place your new bid.

After the auction
closes and you're the winning bidder, your first move is to contact the
seller within three business days to make arrangements for closing the
transaction. You'll need to confirm the final cost, including any
shipping charges, and ask them where to send your payment. Salon Channel
will also send you an e-mail within three business day to notify
you that you are the winning bidder.
NOTE:
Your
bid is a contract - Place a bid only if you're serious about buying
the item. If you are the winning bidder, you will enter into a
legally binding contract to buy the item from the seller. See User Agreement
