DO NOT Do business with these two companies: Imagederm and Imagemicroderm. They do not stand by thier warranty. They use a bait and switch technique, they will change the policy after you pruchase and say they never said cover everything under the lifetime warranty, Also,the machine`s suction is too strong and now I can`t use it beucase it`s falling apart. I`ve had it for 6 years use it 3 times a week, it clogs like crazy too, and they say no clogging!!! i`m stuck with a $8,000 machine!
