Thanks for your post. I am also having a problem with Imagederm Inc. They are dishonest. When I bought their microdermabrasion machine I was promised a full lifetime warranty for everything. Now they are trying to get me to pay. I'll pay double to someone else just so that I don't have to work with ImageDerm Inc, www.ImageDerm.com or www.ImageMicroDerm.com.
