I have had an Imagederm Microdermalight Machine for 3 years almost ..Great service and help always...The machine is state of the art..quiet..and always performs good microdermabrasions for me. I only had trouble with the dial, but figured out it was me applying the amount of pressure and amount of times going over an area to get the best service for that individual client. So what were you unhappy about??? Patti
